Natalya Korobkova-Itu is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over fifteen years of licensure in Colorado and nearly two decades of experience in the accounting field. As an entrepreneur at heart, Natalya has dedicated her career to not only mastering the intricacies of tax and accounting but also to sharing her knowledge and best practices with fellow business owners.
Through her business, Colorado Business CPA, Natalya offers comprehensive services that go beyond traditional accounting. She provides specialized business packages that include tax preparation, accounting services, and personalized coaching support. Her goal is to help entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of business finance, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

Ryan Hill, EA
Chief Operating Officer
Ryan Hill is an Enrolled Agent with extensive experience in the intricacies of tax preparation and tax advisory services for business owners. Starting his career in accounting with a specialized focus on taxation, Ryan is now dedicated to becoming a leading advisor, guiding clients in implementing effective tax-saving strategies.
Ryan initially joined the Colorado Business CPA team in 2018 and returned in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience. Originally from the Mississippi gulf coast, he pursued his education at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (MGCCC) and the University of Southern Mississippi. Ryan’s professional career began in the casino gaming industry, where he spent over 20 years honing his skills in customer service, analytics, and management. This extensive background has equipped him with the skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service to his clients at Colorado Business CPA.
In addition to his professional commitments, Ryan is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, fishing, and snowboarding.
Aidan Wren
Tax Advisor/Tax Preparer
Aidan is an experienced tax accountant who loves working with small businesses to help them maximize their tax savings and increase their bottom line. He earned his BS in accounting from Metropolitan State University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration from University of Colorado - Denver. Passionate about furthering his skill set, he is in the process of becoming a CMA (Certified Managerial Accountant) and a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
Outside of work, Aidan likes to cook, dine out, travel, and spend time with his girlfriend and his dog. Whether exploring local hiking trails or simply enjoying the Colorado landscape, Aidan appreciates the opportunities for adventure the state offers.
Cristian Itu, EA
Tax Advisor/Tax Preparer
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to guiding clients through tax season with ease, Cristian delivers accurate and efficient tax preparation services. Though new to the field, their passion for numbers and problem-solving ensures that every client receives exceptional service.
Outside of work, Cristian is an avid traveler, scuba diver, and hiker—always seeking new adventures. They like to say that tackling a complex tax return is a lot like diving into deep waters: with the right preparation and a steady approach, everything turns out just fine!

She also has two years of specialized experience in tax preparation and tax strategies.
Tatiana is furthering her qualifications by working towards obtaining her Enrolled Agent (EA) license. Her comprehensive skill set and dedication make her a trusted advisor to small businesses seeking reliable financial and tax solutions.
Lana Laicovsky
Senior Client Accounting Consultant
Lana Laicovsky is a competitive and committed Client Accounting Consultant at Colorado Business CPA. She believes that being reliable and trustworthy brings out the best in you and the company. Her commitment to preparing financial reports, passion for financial analysis, and meticulous attention to detail help businesses achieve their financial goals.
Lana earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Commerce in Ukraine. She also obtained a couple of certifications in accounting and tax, including QBO ProAdvisor. Her multilingual skills ( English, Ukrainian and Russian) significantly enhance the company’s effectiveness.

She holds an associate’s degree in accounting along with specialized bookkeeping certifications, underscoring her commitment to accuracy and professionalism.

Outside of work, Paige is family-oriented and enjoys traveling, cooking, and cheering on her favorite football and basketball teams.
Karen Garcia
Administrative Assistant
Karen brings a unique blend of early childhood education and management experience to Colorado Business CPA. She began her career as a preschool teacher before stepping into leadership as a director, where she spent years guiding staff, managing operations, and supporting families. With half of her career rooted in education and the other half in management, Karen has developed the skills to direct, manage, and lead with confidence.
While she continues to have a passion for education, Karen has recently transitioned into a new career path where she applies her leadership and people skills to building strong client relationships and supporting the Colorado Business CPA team. Her background allows her to approach challenges with empathy, organization, and a focus on growth.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending quality time with her family and friends. A proud Colorado native, she also loves exploring new restaurants and participating in local activities.
